About Chris Green
Chris graduated from Cambridge Univerisity, UK, in 1998 and began his project management career with Capital One Bank with his first job beign as a PM. He quickly gained a reputation for delivery with a focus managing tasks to plans and financial control.
Over the next 22 years Chris grew a highly successful project management career working for global organisations including Fujitsu Services, BAE Systems, Sapient and other organisations.
He made a name for himself taking on projects and larger programmes from others and turning them around to become successful.
Chris is hands on, practical and a true delivery leader. This has seen him go from running single projects worth £30K each to managing a portfolio of projects delivering to clients worth £100M.
He now splits his time between running his project delivery consulting business (PRO PMs) where he helps clients to get their projects delivered, and training new, ambitious and experienced project managers to become successful themselves.
Chris lives in the UK with his wife and 3 children and knows only too well how to achieve a balance between the pressures of difficult projects and programmes with family life.
